If you choose a maintenance contract, V-Link Development will make modifications and updates/changes to your website on an as needed basis. We will also watch your website ranking on the major Search Engines and make changes where needed.
If you already have a website but want a fresh look or some fresh graphics, or if you are looking for someone to help you or for someone to maintain your website, V-Link Development is the place to stop.
After you have filled out
V-Link's quote request, we will contact you either by phone or e-mail to discuss your needs further. Once we have solidified what your needs are, we will offer a firm quote. We will then email you a contract for the project. Once you mail back the signed contract, along with any brochures, business cards, advertisements, pictures to be scanned, etc., we will begin our work on your website.
Sending us your existing marketing materials will help us design a look for your website that will compliment your existing business look. Your text can be sent via: e-mail, CD, DVD, scanned images or by mail.
V-Link Development will also setup it's Client's Control-Panel for you to utilize to check on the status of your website; contact your designer; and much more.
V-Link Development allows changes to be made to your website, without a Webmaster contract, within 30 days of your website being released (uploaded to your final hosting destination or delivered to you, the client). Your files will be formatted in an open and easy to read format so that you can change or update your text as needed. At Release, V-Link Development will explain to you what you should and/or should not change in your files, unless you have programming skills in the language utilized.
It is V-Link Development's policy to store all files for your project on our backup system. That way if you need the original file(s) back, (ie. you changed something you shouldn't have) we will be able to re-Release that file to you. Some of our clients prefer to have us maintain their website modificiations and/or updates. Our maintenance contracts include updating content that you supply us, on a regular basis.
